About The Pilgrims Well
The Pilgrims Well is a Christian retrieval and formation ministry led by the Rev. Rob Alvin Radosti serving the wider Body of Christ.
We create teachings, resources, conversations, and regular local gatherings designed to help Christians recover the depth of the historic faith, grow in union with Christ, and remain open to the living work of the Holy Spirit.
Our work is rooted in the conviction that Christians do not need to abandon their own traditions in order to learn from the wider Church. The Pilgrims Well exists as a place where believers from different Christian backgrounds can go deeper in prayer, theology, worship, formation, and discipleship together.
What Happens at the Well
The Pilgrims Well takes shape through teaching, writing, livestreams, theological conversation, spiritual formation resources, prayer, worship, and special gatherings.
Much of our work is available online so that Christians from many places and traditions can participate. We are also developing local expressions in the Myrtle Beach area, including opportunities for teaching, prayer, fellowship, shared meals, and experiments such as Liturgy Lab.
The Well is meant to be a place of depth — a place to ask better questions, recover neglected wisdom, encounter the richness of the Christian tradition, and grow into a life increasingly shaped by Jesus Christ.
For the Wider Church
The Pilgrims Well is not a denomination and does not exist to replace the local church.
Those who engage with the Well may be Catholic, Orthodox, Anglican, Protestant, Pentecostal, charismatic, or part of another Christian tradition. Some are deeply rooted in a local congregation, while others may be searching for where they belong.
Our hope is that what people receive here will deepen their life in Christ and strengthen the communities, churches, families, and ministries in which they already serve.
A Modern Hall of Tyrannus
Acts 19 describes Paul teaching regularly in the Hall of Tyrannus, forming disciples and strengthening the spread of the Gospel throughout the surrounding region.
That image helps shape part of the vision of The Pilgrims Well.
We want to cultivate spaces, both physical and digital, where Christians can study deeply, pray seriously, wrestle with theology, learn from the historic Church, encounter the Holy Spirit, and be equipped for faithful Christian life and service.
We do not exist to build an empire around The Pilgrims Well.
We want to dig wells from which others can drink.
Rev. Rob Alvin Radosti

Rev. Rob Alvin Radosti is a teacher, musician, writer, missionary, and interdenominational Christian minister who has served in full-time ministry since 2007 after leaving the occult and Satan worship in 2001.
His ministry journey has included boots-on-the-ground-missions in 70 nations, itinerant ministry, church planting, congregational leadership, worship ministry, teaching, publishing, and years of theological and spiritual exploration across the breadth of the Christian tradition.
Originally formed within Pentecostal and charismatic Christianity, Rob Alvin has increasingly drawn from the early Church, the fathers and mothers, sacramental spirituality, Christian mysticism, liturgy, historic practices of prayer, and the traditions of both Eastern and Western Christianity.
Rather than viewing historic Christianity and charismatic spirituality as opposites, he has become increasingly convinced that ancient rootedness and the living work of the Holy Spirit belong together.
Rev. Rob Alvin Radosti serves as founder and formation minister of The Pilgrims Well and Kingdom Dwellers International. His ministry work with his wife, Rev. Millie (Maureen) Radosti, has served churches, ministries, communities, and individual believers for nearly two decades. He and Millie have six children and base in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.
